While the integration with internet explorer and share point are effortless, and One Drive is quickly becoming my favorite feature of this software, it lacks the speed and reliability that I need. What do you dislike? Software is slow, and crashes often. Also it has updates almost daily. I update and then by the end of the day I am being asked to update again. What is with the updates?? What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The best feature of 365 is the One drive, this is helping my company keep important files for more than one person at a time, and it allows access to things we usually would not have.

    What do you like best? I like how everything is in one program. You can share documents with ease, email integration is easy to use and everything is all in one spot! It's perfect for small and large businesses. Love how I can access it from anywhere. If you use outlook you can easily have it work on there. Or if you work from home and can't access your work desktop simply login online at office 365 online and you can access everything right there! What do you dislike? Sometimes the editing in documents can be a hassle. We had a problem recovering an original of a document that was shared and edited. After talking to customer service our IT was able to solve the issue and get the document back to the way we canted! Recommendations to others considering the product: If you want a drive that also has many aspects into it Microsoft 365 is the way to go! Share documents with ease, and email integration is really useful! Also love how you can access it from many different forms. If you use outlook it works, or if you're working from home you can just log into office365 online and things are a breeze! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Solving Email, Messaging, Calendar, and sharing documents. Easy to manage accounts and have everything in one spot! Also able to work from any location with the integration of being able to log in online!
